![]() ![]() ![]() With the grapple you can go flying in SN, in BZ they nerfed it a bit but it's still very agile with the grapple and jet boost mod. The Prawn Suit used to use the Seamoth MK1, MK2 and MK3 depth modules, before it was. ![]() Please report it and ignore the stuff above. Upon watching the video, I now realize that you're problem is probably a bug. It's no different than docking the Seamoth. You can just park the Cyclops above the PRAWN and boost up. cyclops cyclopsfragments seamothsubnautica seamoth reaper. WebWhere is the prawn suit depth module in Subnautica below zero. In my experience, it's pretty much a necessity. You build the Vehicle Upgrade Console in a Moonpool for the Seamoth and Prawn Suit. Using 2 drills is faster then one when you get to deposits to mine.Įasily my favorite vehicle in both games. The second half of the game's gameplay timeline, the Cyclops/Prawn half, totally changes gameplay - you're not frantically driving around for anything anymore. Usually I have grapple + drill, then an extra drill and propulsion cannon in storage for if I need them. The first half, the Seamoth phase, requires you to frantically look for progression blueprints and resources, constantly popping in and out of your vehicle. The Vehicle Upgrade Console is a Seabase module that allows the player to upgrade and customize the Seamoth and Prawn Suit. I tend to keep various mods in storage, so I can hop out and switch. Upgrade Modules for the Cyclops are crafted at the mini-fabricator in the Cyclops' engine room, Upgrade Modules for the Seamoth and Prawn Suit are crafted at the mini-fabricator in the Vehicle Upgrade Console (formerly referred to as the Vehicle Modification Station), and Upgrade Modules for the Scanner Room are crafted at the mini-fabricator in. The standard arms are absolutely devastating to any wildlife that is in your way + you can pick up resources without getting out. It gives some offensive capability but in SN that's usually a serious waste of time. The torpedo arm, sadly I don't find very useful. The repulsion cannon arm is super useful, too, you can move obstacles, which is admittedly rare, pick up resources, pickup creatures and items and throw them at each other, it's great. The drill arm with storage mods is useful for filling up 48 slots of resources, plus you can swim out, dump that in your own inventory and get even more. I named my cyclopes the hive, my prawn the drone suit and my seamoth the beemoth. The Cyclops should be renamed to Balls and the Seamoth/Prawn suit should be named Pee. The grapple arm is by far the best arm and makes the Prawn suit just as, or more maneuverable than any other vehicle. My kids named mine: Poop the Seamoth Fart the Prawn Suit Pee the Cyclops. etc the electricity just gets conducted through the foundations, then there are those power transmitters that you can use to extent the range of the electrical power, so why not have a panel on Cyclops and Prawn Suit that can pick up the electrical current to charge the power cells, same as the Cyclops Thermal Reactor Module to charge both the Cyclops and Prawn Suit considering there are obviously some type of panel to pick up heat and change it to energy ? Probably cause the devs still want it to be a "mobile base" so you can charge anywhere near a heat source without having a base around, but yeah, this idea would also help.I always run with the drill arm and the grapple arm. Yes, I know all this, but for foundations. I've lost too many seamoths going into the deeper more dangerous parts of the map. And there's always the options of the game mods. Then later game when it's all upgraded I use the cyclops and prawn suit to get at the more dangerous areas without as much worry. if there was two small hatches on the glass that allows access to the prawn or seamoth while docked, it would obviously be used. It will stay sideways until you dock it into a Cyclops r. The cyclops you just have to make some powercell chargers.Īnd both of them can, in the later game, get a moddule to recharge from any nearby heat source. not sure if there is a way to access the access port on the prawn or seamoth when it's docked on the cyclops, because those access ports are blocked off by glass floor. You have to get the Cyclops sideways, put the prawn suit in it, and then get back in the Prawn suit. The prawn can be charged the same way the seamoth can. ![]() The seamoth is faster than the prawn suit (but if you have the grapple arm they are same speed, IMO). The seamoth is more easily attainable than the prawn suit (because the prawn suit requires aerogel). Originally posted by Amanoob105:As said above^. I also prefer the prawn suit, I can see why people prefer the seamoth tho. ![]()
